The 543 Atlas Manual Right - Hand Code 83 switch in HO scale (#150 - 543) is a great addition to your model railway. Manual switches need you to change the rail direction by hand - just flip a lever. You can easily turn these Manual Code 83 Snap Switches into remote - controlled ones using #584 Lefthand and #585 Righthand switch machines. All HO Code 83 Snap - Switches work with above or under - table switch machines (under - table ones are shown on pages 33 - 34). It has a plastic frog that can't be powered and cut - outs for rail joiners.

Using this HO scale 543 Atlas Manual Right - Hand Code 83 switch is easy. To change the direction of the rail, simply flip the lever on the switch by hand. If you want to use remote control, you can convert it with #584 Lefthand and #585 Righthand switch machines. When installing, note that it's designed for both above and under - table switch machines.
