Using the Walthers Cornerstone HO Scale Grain Conveyor is easy. First, assemble it as per the instructions - it's designed to be simple to build. Once it's set up in your diesel - era grain elevator or feed mill scene, you can use it to move both wet and dry grain. Place the grain at the bottom of the conveyor 'legs', and the endless bucket system will lift it up. At the top, the funnel - shaped head will direct the grain into the appropriate pipes. When you're done using it, you can just leave it in place. As for maintenance, since it's molded in a realistic color, avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the color.
